Good Teacher, as the man of the Gospel called you
and whom you were open to encounter,
give us your way of behaving in this Synodal process
to let ourselves be met and sensitive to
our brothers and sisters’ worries, like you did.
Grant us not to be indifferent to humanity, but to be excited about everything.
Let us be open to encountering faces,
meeting eyes, sharing everyone’s history.
You, that taught us that an encounter can change the life,
give us, in this way, the grace of the art of encounter to have time with you
and be open to the encounter with others.
Send us your Holy Spirit to be instruments
of a Church called to serve the Kingdom of Your Father.
