Good Father\u2026 Thanks for this season of grace!
\nThanks for this time for praying, meditating, and building
\nthe Church that you dream and in which we want to live!
\nThe Synod is a Season of grace\u2026
\nThe grace of walking together in a listening Church,
\nwhere we listen to one another and to the Holy Spirit.
\nThanks for inspiring us in the art of encounter and of availability,
\nas You taught us through your gesture with the rich young man!
\nThanks for congregating us in the communion with your Body and Blood!
\nThanks for helping us to be a listening Church, making a pause
\nof our routines and pastoral concerns!
\nThanks for your words of Life that set us free
\nfrom disenchantment!
\nThanks for moving us to search for
\n\u201cliving this Synodal Path\u201d and not being a nice Church convention!
\nMay the Nativity scene be the model of Church; let us embrace your Birth,
\nso that You are born within our hearts time after time,
\ngiving birth to a Church called to serve the Kingdom of God.
